Restaurant Mate helps you discover nearby restaurants using your device location and open mapping data (OpenStreetMap). We do not sell food or make reservations.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent you’re authorized to do so.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse‑engineer the Service.
• Don’t misuse geolocation or data returned from third‑party sources.
• Use results responsibly and verify details (hours, safety, dietary needs) before visiting.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

5. Third‑party services

The Service may display links to third‑party services (e.g., Google Maps). We don’t control or endorse them and aren’t responsible for their content.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESTAURANT MATE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above.
